Our services are provided on a setup fee plus monthly retainer basis. Specific pricing is outlined in individual agreements. Payments are due as specified in your invoice or contract. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If you wish to cancel, please provide written notice at least 15 days before your next billing cycle.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of AI Growth Agency or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Custom automation workflows built for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Growth Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party tools (such as AI providers, hosting services, and messaging platforms) may experience downtime outside our control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these Terms are violated.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Twilio, and others. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of these third-party providers.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
